Final Acknowledgements
Confirm you've read and understood the key terms of your program agreement before we get started.
Your Agreement is Separate
Your full Client Services Agreement was sent via DocuSign or PandaDoc. This confirms the key terms only — it is not a replacement for the signed contract.

My program timeline began on the date of my initial payment — not the date I signed
The 30-day quality guarantee is only valid if I film content, attend calls, and actively communicate
I am responsible for filming and submitting a minimum of 10 videos per month
Unused video allocation, change of mind, or loss of motivation do not qualify for a refund
All digital assets are for personal use only — they cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed
Filing a chargeback without contacting Walton Media first is a breach of contract
Going non-communicative for 30+ days without notice disqualifies me from any refund
Walton Media may use content and results from the program for marketing purposes
